My question is not from a performance standpoint, but from a size/looks standpoint. The question is, will hiring guys that don't fit the "typical" porn stereotype down below ultimately effect my sales?

For example: if my production is top notch, the girls are hot, and the performances are great... would a guy with a really small penis, or an oddly shaped penis turn people off to the scene? I'm sure I could put it in the storyline to remedy the situation... but I'd rather not have to.

A long time ago I read an article that said that in porn movies the reason most of the male porn stars in straight porn have above average sized dicks is to make the average viewer envious and to cater to his insecurites so that he buys more porn because he'll feel that he can't compete. I used to watch a lot of Japanese porn and without wishing to make generalizations, the guys often had small dicks and it never spoiled my enjoyment.
